Pipeline
QuickRIB drives the three passes; QuickRIBConfig is the
validated configuration.

RIBTable is the reconstructed table and the subject observers
attach to. quickrib.rib.data maps a collector to its peers and a peer to a
radix tree of prefixes.
Analysis

with QuickRIB.
